    Drop a generous handful into warm water, sink in, breathe deep, and let the trail dust of the day melt away.

    Directions for use

    For a luxurious, mineral-rich bath, add 1-2 generous scoops (approximately 150-350g) to your bath tub while filling with warm, (not scalding), water. The salts and powders will dissolve to create a silky, soft bath.

    Soak for up to 20 minutes to allow the beneficial minerals to be absorbed by your skin. Breathe deep, relax, let your muscles loosen and your skin drink in the minerals.

    After your soak, you may choose to rinse your body under a shower to remove any excess salt residue from your skin. Dry and apply a moisturising cream, oil, or lotion to keep your skin hydrated and soft.





    2. Use 1-3 times per week or whenever you feel the need to reset, recover and restore.
